Her concern for environmental issues has focused her practice on minimizing the impact of the denim industry and finding solutions for positive change eg. introducing circular design principles to American Eagle denim and the first sustainable infant jean to babyGap. She believes collaboration across disciplines and systems thinking is key to moving the fashion industry forward and discovering innovations for the future. Jenni’s commitment to denim and sustainability led her to leave NYC for London in 2016 and attend the MA Fashion Future program at the London College of Fashion. While at LCF she won the Kering Award for Collaboration in Fashion and Sustainability. This award led to consultancy work at Stella McCartney where she introduced the concept of a UK denim Fibreshed. ACHIEVEMENTS: She has a proven track record of implementing new innovation at scale. She has experience working with a variety of stakeholders at all points of the supply chain from fabric mills, wash houses and manufacturing facilities to C-suite executives.
